Very decent sound quality
In my opinion this is the best sounding of the three listed. There are flaws to be sure, the Terrapin intro is disappointing but all in all its decent quality and I really enjoy the first set. NFA>Touch is pretty cool. The Cassidy and Brown-Eyed Women are smoking. If you are looking for a decent recording of the New Year's Eve show I think this is worth the download.
The Charlie Miller soundboard that has been added after this one is by far the best sounding recording from this night. It might be one of the best sounding shows on this site.

Don't be fooled!
This is if not the worst, definite one of the worst New Year's shows ever! I'm sorry if you think you it was good, but please compare others such as 81-82 (best ever) for example, or even the closing of Winterland is much better than this. They get progressively worse after '82.
